About me

Hi, I’m Laura.

My work focuses on where patterns are created and reorganized, at the level of the nervous system, attention, and internal structure.

It is grounded in a consistent orientation toward calm, focus, and awareness.

A way of working that values clarity, stability, and precision.

Over time, this becomes more than an approach, it becomes a way of relating to experience.

My approach

The work centers on:

• Nervous system regulation
• Attention and internal focus
• Subconscious patterning
• The organization of internal experience

As these elements shift, behavior and emotional responses begin to follow.

My background

• Bachelor of Counselling and Human Change
• Diploma of Hypnotherapy
• Certificate in Ericksonian Communication
• NLP Practitioner Certification
• Timeline Therapy Certification
• Bikram Yoga Teacher Certification

Applied practice areas

• Trauma-informed approaches
• Nervous system regulation frameworks
• Mindfulness and awareness-based practices
• Hypnotherapy-informed techniques
• Subconscious reorganization
• Breath-based regulation practices
• Behavioral change frameworks

Areas of focus

Nervous system patterns

• Ongoing stress or heightened activation
• Low energy or shutdown states
• Sensitivity to environments or people
• Difficulty settling into calm

Thought and attention patterns

• Repetitive thinking
• Persistent internal dialogue
• Difficulty focusing or switching off
• Attention moving between past and future

Emotional responses

• Intense or ongoing reactions
• Underlying tension or unease
• Emotional disconnection
• Difficulty regulating in the moment

Behavioral patterns

• Repeating situations or dynamics
• Automatic responses
• Inconsistent follow-through
• Cycles of overwhelm or withdrawal

How the work is delivered

Sessions are structured, calm, and focused.

Guided awareness allows:

• The nervous system to stabilize
• Patterns to become visible
• Internal organization to shift

As this happens, change becomes more consistent and sustainable.
